COVID Protocol
We are so excited to be getting back together in-person for our youth programming. In order to do this in a safe way, we will need to make sure that we are doing our due diligence in setting some guidelines for participants to follow.
Here are our expectations for participants at this time (9/8/2021), please note that these may change given any updated information from the United Methodist Church and our county.
- All participants (youth and adults) must wear masks in situations where they will be closer than 6 feet away from one another. The ONLY exception will be during dinner time.
- As much of the programming will happen outside as possible, we will do our best to provide shaded areas.
- Participants will need to bring their own water bottles, water stations will be provided.
- Participants will be encouraged to wash their hands frequently and/or use hand sanitizer stations around the church.
- Pick up and drop off will be at the gate to the playground area in order to avoid congestion at the front of Dexter Hall.
- In case of exposure to the COVID-19 virus, all participants will be notified so that they may take the precautions they feel is necessary for their family. We are encouraging individuals to follow the measures set forth by the County Health Department.
